1- General:
These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by PATRICIA NICOLAS 53006655G, hereinafter PATRICIA NICOLAS to individuals.
Any order made to PATRICIA NICOLAS necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and essential condition, the acceptance without reservations by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale of PATRICIA NICOLAS in force on the day on which the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the request to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent request, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by PATRICIA NICOLAS. The fact that PATRICIA NICOLAS does not appeal at any given time to any of the present conditions can not be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.
2- Prices:
The prices published in PATRICIA NICOLAS are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are inclusive VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of products for sale in PATRICIA NICOLAS.
The offers on products for sale in PATRICIA NICOLAS will be shown in the section “Offers” or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
3- Different modes of payment:
When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in PATRICIA NICOLAS by:
-Wire transfer.
-Credit card
– Cash on delivery
– Paypal
4- Product:
The offers submitted by PATRICIA NICOLAS are valid within the limit of available stocks. PATRICIA NICOLAS reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit the seller PATRICIA NICOLAS in any way.
5- Shipments:
- The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
- By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in PATRICIA NICOLAS
- On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.
- However, your delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.
- An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

6- Return and cancellation policies
6-1 Return of merchandise:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item of exception pending (for reasons of hygiene) purchased at PATRICIA NICOLAS within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The item you have purchased at PATRICIA NICOLAS, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, will be accepted.
IT IS EXEMPT FROM ANY CHANGE OR RETURN OF THOSE ITEMS THAT HAVE SUFFERED ANY DAMAGE AFTER YOUR RECEPTION, CANCELING THUS ANY REPLACEMENT OR CHANGE OPTION, AS WELL AS PAYMENTS FOR HYGIENE REASONS.
Within a maximum period of 15 days of receiving the return, PATRICIA NICOLAS undertakes to refund it.
Before making the return, you will have to notify the customer service department.
If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, PATRICIA NICOLAS will bear the cost of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.
6-2 Cancellation of order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense. In the case of an annulment after the order is released, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
